When contacting support please provide as much information about the product and any issue you may be having. We really try our best to go above and beyond in our support and aim to reply as quickly as possible, this is usually within a day of receipt. Please note, we do not reply to support enquiries over weekends or UK national holidays.
Please contact support before returning any item, whether for repair or refund. If you are wanting to return an item for a refund please follow our refunds process on the refunds page. Damson cannot be held responsible for items sent back without an RMA even if proof of postage is provided.
