16th March 2020. As a result of Coronavirus and the restrictions being placed on businesses and population globally, we are adjusting our refunds policy until the UK government removes restrictions. Until this time there may be a delay in processing any request for a refund. We would, therefore, ask our customers to consider any purchase carefully. Please only purchase a product if you intend to keep it. Returning products to Damson may be difficult. Refunds may also require customers to physically visit a postal depot - which cannot be classed as an essential journey. During this period, and in order to reduce the pressure on our accounts department we are reducing our refunds policy to the statutory 14 days. This policy is live at as 18:00 GMT 16th March 2020 and applies to any purchase made after this time and remains in place until further notice.


If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it to DAMSON for a refund, DAMSON operates a standard 30 days refund policy from the date of shipping. 

In order to qualify for a refund, the Consumer MUST have bought the product through Refunds cannot be provided where a third party is involved. In this case, DAMSON advises the consumer to contact the vendor from where they purchased.

To qualify for a refund, the Consumer MUST contact DAMSON within 30 days of shipping notification and MUST return the product within 5 days of receiving the RAN, unless an agreement to extend this period has been granted in advance by DAMSON. Any request for a refund after this period will be rejected and any item returned outside the return period will be rejected.

Prior to returning any item, the Consumer must notify DAMSON to obtain a Return Authorisation Number ("RAN"). The RAN number should be clearly marked on the external of the package containing the product being sent to DAMSON. DAMSON will not accept a return that does not have a RAN number. The Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to DAMSON.

The product MUST be returned in its original packaging (outer box) and include ANY and ALL accessories. Failure to return the item in the same condition as it was shipped to the Consumer may result in the rejection of the refund or additional costs being applied. Products returned unopened/unused will be refunded in full. The extent to which you handle the goods is the same as you were assessing them in a shop.

All products should be returned to DAMSON at the consumer's own cost. Damson has customer returns facilities in the UK & US.

Proof of Postage is not proof of delivery. We recommend shipping using a tracked service.

Refunds will be processed in up to 15 working days of receipt of goods at DAMSON and will only be submitted through to the original credit card or Paypal account. Due to fraud and Anti-Money laundering laws requests to submit funds in any other form cannot be granted.

Please note: Products purchased through third party websites or crowdfunding websites (Indiegogo or Kickstarter) are not entitled to refunds.
