RETURNS EXTENDED UNTIL 6TH JANUARY 2021
Extended returns apply to all purchases made between 5th November 2020 and 5th December 2020 (inclusive) and in accordance with the rest of our returns and refund policy.
We have made our returns process free and easy.
We know our products make amazing Christmas presents and in order to bring even more joy to more people on Christmas day, we have extended our returns policy. This means you can buy that gift confident that, in the unlikely event the recipient doesn’t like the gift (unlikely, we know!), then return it to us by 6h January and we will refund it or exchange it.
If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it to DAMSON for a refund, DAMSON operates a standard 30 days refund policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return the item must be returned to Damson as below within 30 days.
In order to qualify for a refund, the Consumer MUST have bought the product through damsonglobal.com. Refunds cannot be provided where a third party is involved. In this case, DAMSON advises the consumer to contact the vendor from where they purchased.
To qualify for a refund, the Consumer MUST contact DAMSON within 30 days of delivery and MUST return the product within 14 days of receiving the RAN, unless an agreement to extend this period has been granted in advance by DAMSON. Any request for a refund after this period will be rejected, including any claim that DAMSON was informed about the refund within 30 days. Any item returned outside the return period will be rejected and may be destroyed by DAMSON.
Prior to returning any item, the Consumer must notify DAMSON to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (“RAN”). The RAN number should be clearly marked on the external of the package containing the product being sent to DAMSON. DAMSON will not accept a return that does not have a RAN number. Damson offers FREE returns to customers who follow this return and refund policy. Returning the product without following these terms may result in the return being rejected.
The product MUST be returned in its original packaging (outer box) and include ANY and ALL accessories. Failure to return the item in the same condition as it was shipped to the Consumer may result in the rejection of the refund or additional costs being applied. Products returned unopened/unused will be refunded in full. The extent to which you handle the goods is the same as you were assessing them in a shop.
Proof of Postage is not proof of delivery. If using your own postage service we recommend shipping using a tracked service or taking advantage of Damson’s return label option.
Refunds will be processed in up to 10 working days of receipt of goods at DAMSON and will only be submitted through to the original credit card or Paypal account. Due to fraud and Anti-Money laundering laws requests to submit funds in any other form cannot be granted.
Please note: Products purchased through third party websites or crowdfunding websites (Indiegogo or Kickstarter) are not entitled to refunds. Only products purchased through this website or in our store qualify for a refund.
